Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, South Fork Township covers an area of 65.87 square miles (170.6 km2); of this, 61.93 square miles (160.4 km2) (94.01 percent) is land and 3.95 square miles (10.2 km2) (5.99 percent) is water. The township contains Sangchris Lake State Recreation Area.
